The house is designed on two floors, with the four bedrooms. It is equipped with a formal living, dining area and kitchen space. Addresses are attached to the bedrooms. The total floor area is 4000 SQ FT.
The exterior of the house is a mix of tropical and contemporary styles. The roof tilted elegantly, with glass window below it that allows natural daylight to occupy the entire upper living area. The exterior walls also feature wooden shuttered windows to give it a tropical look. The stone wall with wooden window emphasize from the entire residence. Bedroom windows are of wood and glass combination. Angled roof slab with concrete texture truly blends with the architecture.
The focal point of the house is the double height dining hall. Here are the glass windows below and above the side wall. So the daylight comes in abundance. This keeps the interiors active throughout the day.
Upper Living is provided in a small area at the entrance to the staircase. Solid wood furniture's truly blends with tropical style of the house.
The bedrooms are designed to have a tropical feel. Each was arranged in a different theme and ambiance. Different texture and paneling work has been done on the head-side walls. Separated kitchen with close order and modern amenities. Overall project feels calming yet elegant.
