Presenting a new house design firm for KHD viewers, VOIDS from Kerala, India. 1200 square feet (111 Square Meter) (133 Square Yards) one floor modern style Kerala home design.

The site is almost 3 m above the road level.The Challenge was to make use of existing site conditions in favor of the design,without much excavation. One side of the site was comparatively at a lower level,That paved the way for the entrance and porch and from there design evolves .
